That inner voice that you have inside of you, I bet, sounds a lot like mine does sometimes. You know the voice that tells you to reach for the cookies as opposed to just getting on the treadmill. However, TODAY, I chose to get on the treadmill.
You know that Optimal Health, Wellness, Prevention, and Maintaining Cardiac Wellness is a BIG PART of who I am. So, I’ve chosen this vehicle to reach out to those that I care most about and to those that seriously care about their personal health going forward.
This is a season of change. The leaves are changing, the season is changing, and it’s that time of year where I’m sure many of you have thought to yourselves, “What type of changes have I wanted to make with my life that I have still yet to make?” Perhaps, you may even feel stuck.
Well, this blog, "Bridges to Optimal Health" will hopefully help you to move forward and together as we travel on this journey find ways for all of us to get “unstuck”.
Some would say, “Well, What is Optimal Health?”
Achieving Optimal Health is a personal decision. It’s a personal commitment to improving the quality of your life, but, it encompasses all areas of your life. Your Physical, Your Emotional, Your Spiritual, Your Social, Your Family Relationships, are all areas of your life that need constant care. All of these areas are so important to helping you move forward and to help you live the best life that God has for us to live.
That being said, let's travel on this journey together. Be sure to look forward to more information coming your way. I truly believe it's time for Us to achieve OUR OPTIMAL HEALTH!!
