This year, I've been working on building better sleep HABITS bcz the ones that I had adapted over the years, kept me tired & they were not beneficial for my health, in many ways.
THE MOST important sleep habit that I've been working on, is getting in the bed early enough to get the appropriate amount of sleep/rest needed. Sounds like something simple, but when I'm not consistent in doing it, I wake up tired & lethargic.
I really have to work on this, My body an mind are not on the same rest schedule
I have to do better
