Well, what is weight?
Is it just your physical being? Is it just all about the pounds? Or…Is there really something emotional weighing on you that is causing everything in your life to feel heavier than it should?
Weight can be a measure of physical pounds, it can also be measured introspectively as something that influences your way of thinking. No matter your definition, in order for your weight to change you need to deeply consider and figure out:
"WHAT REALLY NEEDS TO CHANGE?"
I believe it’s time to TAKE A DEEP DIVE AND BE HONEST WITH OURSELVES!
This week I want you to walk with me. Come on, walk with me. Let’s take a SERIOUS look inside of ourselves and identify those things we need to Intently Focused On, and Change!!
Here are a few open ended questions that I want you to focus on this week:
Are you an emotional eater?
Are you a binge eater?
Are there family issues or some other issues that are weighing on you that are causing you to eat the way you do?
Are there factors that are weighing on you that contribute to your inability to lose that weight?
WHAT IS YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH FOOD?
Let's get serious,...more intentional, and dig a little DEEPER:
What are some of the goals that you have for yourself that you have not been able to accomplish and WHY NOT?
What would really happen if you decided to make the commitment to change?
Can you focus and be intentional in developing a plan to change and attain your goals?
What is Weight?
Love ya,
Doc
Psalms 107:13-14NIV
Then they cried to the Lord in their trouble, and he saved them from their distress. He brought them out of darkness, the utter darkness, and broke away their chains.
Thank you
TY for this thought-provoking information. The question that I ponder for myself is how do I get to the root of the issue?
Thank You
